Follow Steps

Register User
Register the user in the admin panel or device distributar app with correct IMEI numbers. This ensures the device is recognized during provisioning.

Open New Phone
Turn on the new or factory-reset Android device. On the welcome screen, tap 5 times anywhere on the screen to enter QR code setup mode.

Scan QR Code
Scan the provided QR code to start the device provisioning process. This QR configures the device to download and install the MDM app.

Connect to Internet
After scanning the QR, connect the device to Wi-Fi or mobile data to continue the provisioning process.

Grant All Permissions
Proceed through the setup wizard by clicking Next and granting all required permissions when prompted.

Finish Setup & Update App
Once setup is complete, the device will be enrolled. Open the MDM app and update it to the latest version.
